Delete your account

Permanently delete your Case Log Pro account and account-linked data.

Delete in the mobile app

  1. Open Case Log Pro and go to My Profile.
  2. Tap Delete Account and review the warning.
  3. Enter your password and confirm deletion.

Confirmed in-app deletion immediately removes account-linked server data and clears locally stored app data. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

Cannot access the app? Email us from the address associated with your account. After verifying your identity, we will complete your request within 30 days.
